Clarifying what this is…

Mission Statement

LPC-MHSP ( temporary) explained

Scope of Practice

I believe healing begins with truth — and returns us to our truest self. My mission is to walk alongside individuals navigating transition, burnout, and identity fatigue, especially within high-pressure industries. Through grounded presence and integrative care, I help clients rediscover congruence — the quiet alignment between who they are and how they live.

Scope of Practice

Scope of Practice

As a clinical counselor under supervision, I provide holistic care rooted in science, compassion, and embodied awareness. My scope includes emotional regulation, grief integration, trauma-informed talk therapy, and somatic support. While I do not diagnose or prescribe, I collaborate with licensed supervisors and allied professionals to ensure care that is safe, ethical, and client-centered.

My license #8127 ( Supervisor #2364)

I currently hold a Temporary License as a Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP [Temp]) in the state of Tennessee. This designation affirms that I have completed all academic coursework and passed the national exam, and am now fulfilling the “supervised clinical hours” as required by the state. All counseling sessions are conducted with utmost confidentiality and professionalism-  and “under active supervision“ means I meet with my supervisor weekly for guidance, feedback and direction in alignment with state regulations and the ACA Code of Ethics.

Lifestyle and Wellness

Mindfulness and Meditation

LPC-MHSP ( temporary) explained

Emotional well-being is more than symptom relief — it’s the art of living in rhythm with your values, body, and truth.

My training through Harvard Medical School’s Lifestyle Medicine program equips me to integrate whole-person wellness strategies, including sleep hygiene, movement, nutrition, creativity, and stress regulation — not as rigid goals, but as invitations back to vitality

Mindfulness and Meditation

Mindfulness and Meditation

I offer mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you reduce stress, increase focus, and improve your overall well-being. Let's explore the benefits of somatic release, posture, breath and meditation together. I teach grounded, accessible mindfulness practices to help you navigate emotional storms and daily dissonance with more clarity, less reactivity, and deeper presence. These tools are somatically-informed and spiritually inclusive — designed not to bypass discomfort, but to help you meet yourself in the middle of it, with compassion.

Integrative Talk-therapy

Therapy with me is a weaving of stories, science, and somatic cues. We’ll integrate traditional approaches like CBT or DBT with more embodied, intuitive methods — honoring the mind’s patterns, the body’s wisdom, and your own inner knowing. Together, we build tools to hold complexity and move toward a more congruent, creative life
